Our two room (2200sqft) event space is perfect for your next event! Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Funeral Repast, Watch Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, small performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Two room space 2200 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking around building TABLES: We offer 6 6ft rectangle tables along with 2 additional 8ft rectangle banquet tables. CHAIRS: We have 36 banquet style chairs For additional rental we have; black linen table cloths, black chair covers, cream/ivory table runners, glass cylinder vases, champagne wall - SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME! Please make sure your booking includes enough time to do so. *I allow 1 hour of set up time prior to the start of your event -ANYTIME THE SPACE IS OCCUPIED PAST THE BOOKING WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE. THE SPACE CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT

Prior to all bookings host sweep, mop, and clean the space. Clean common areas allowing guest access, including bathrooms. Collect and remove all garbage and provide garbage bags for discarding all trash.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
