Our northern daylight photo studio offers consistent, soft daylight from mid-morning to evening. The space stays evenly lit throughout the day with consistent, all-day natural light. With 14' ceilings, huge window banks and a versatile open layout, the studio is perfect for fashion, portrait, editorial, and e-commerce shoots. We can fill any grip, lighting and digital equipment requests so that everything you need is onsite. We are a full-service, fully-staffed studio and are onsite to ensure your production runs smoothly. ★ PEERSPACE RATE SPECIAL - NOW THROUGH MARCH $65/HR Weekday (Normally $100) $85/HR Weekend (Normally $120) • Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30 minute increments. • A $100 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. • Rates are for photo only usage. If there is anything you need that we don't have we can easily get it for you, handling logistics to ensure everything needed is onsite and ready for your team so you don't have to deal with moving equipment. The photographer's personally-owned equipment is welcome. If you wish to bring in any other equipment, a fee of $400 per day applies. Be sure to select 'Outside Equipment' as an add-on. ★ CONVENIENCE • Freight elevator opens directly to the sidewalk for easy load-in/out. • Conveniently located in Bushwick, Brooklyn just 5 minutes walk from the Jefferson L station. • Onsite equipment room with all the basics + large equipment vendor network to fill all requests. • Craft services area with microwave, drink fridge, coffee and tea station. ★ OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy is 30. ★ VIDEO PRODUCTION Hourly rates are for photo only productions. For video productions, the following applies: • Total crew size of up to 10 people: +$200 to the rate. • Total crew size of up to 20 people: +$300 to the rate. • Total crew size of up to 30 people: +$400 to the rate. Selecting video production as an add-on is required when booking. ★ AUDIO RECORDING The studio is generally not suitable for audio recording. Renter assumes all risk for productions requiring audio recording. ★ ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE We try to keep the rules to a minimum but we gotta draw the line somewhere. Please keep the below in mind and kindly be respectful! • No smoking in the studio or building. • No drug or alcohol use. • No live music. • No glitter or confetti. • No foggers, hazers, fire, smoke or pyrotechnics. • No moving around the sofas and plants for usage as props. • No animals without prior approval. • No shenanigans.
