Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Between every booking, Creative Grind Hub is fully reset and cleaned by the host to ensure a consistent, professional experience for each guest.
• All surfaces (tables, seating, armrests) are wiped down and sanitized
• Floor is swept or vacuumed as needed
• Trash is removed and bins are refreshed
• Furniture and equipment are returned to the standard studio layout
• Lighting, backdrops, and visible equipment are checked and adjusted
• Space is visually inspected to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for use
This process is completed after every booking, regardless of booking size or duration.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
