STUDIO 1 Our first upstairs studio is 378 square feet and is large enough for a commercial portrait shoot with a dynamic lighting setup. Room Details: • Choice of basic lighting setup* OR (3) Flo-Lights** • Choice of Grey or White Paper backdrop* with backdrop stand, 4 clips for hanging and (2) sandbags *Additional charge is paper touches the floor and needs to be cut • Optional upgrade: Scrim OR (2) C-Stands • Access to unrented “prop” furniture in front room Starting at $60.00/hour We’re pleased to be able to offer studio rental space to photographers and videographers here in our downtown Sacramento studio! We have several spaces available to rent, all of which include: a basic lighting package, access to our Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, air conditioning/heat and power. Additionally, each session booked includes complimentary 30 minutes of setup/breakdown time as well as assistance from us as needed to familiarize yourself with the space.

Staff disinfects high traffic areas and surfaces in between rentals. Hand sanitizer is present in the lobby and frequent hand washing is encouraged for guests and required for staff!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
