First Floor — “Black Box” (Modern, black + lots of lights): - Small Black Box: ideal for photo/video shoots, solo practice, group practices, workshops or small sessions. - Main Studio Area: great for larger rehearsals, private or corporate events, festive events, conferences, dance recordings, and includes space for a DJ setup. - Stadium-style photo area: a fun spot for group pics, content, and guest moments - Cafeteria: A lounge vibe for snacks, catering, breaks, and social time. 2. Second Floor — “White Box” (Bright + clean aesthetic): - Best for podcasts, interviews, dance videos, wellness sessions, and smaller classes (including kids programs). **** Unique features. A two-floor setup that lets you host an event downstairs while creating content or running a smaller session upstairs—clean, flexible, and built to look amazing on camera.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Process (Rental Policy) To keep the studio fresh and ready for the next guests, you have two cleaning options: Add-On Cleaning Service (Recommended): You can include our professional cleaning service in your contract for an additional fee. This is the easiest option—just enjoy your event and we’ll take care of the cleanup. Self-Clean Option: You’re welcome to clean the space yourself. If you choose this option, cleanup must be completed within your reserved rental time (your booking time includes setup + event + cleaning). The studio must be left in the same condition it was received. Quick reminder: Any extra cleaning needed due to spills, floor damage risk, trash left behind, or excessive mess may result in an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
