A rough-around-the-edges but comfortable garage studio with a welcoming foyer designed to help set the tone the moment clients walk in. The studio is air-conditioned and ideal for portrait, food, and product photography. This is a garage converted into a space dedicated for photography—approximately an 18ft x 26ft shooting area with OSB walls painted white and worn concrete floors. There are no windows in the shooting space, providing complete control of lighting. The studio also includes an approximately 300 sq. ft. foyer (about 12ft x 25ft), offering a clean, customer-friendly entry area that’s well-suited for greeting clients, setting up for smaller shoots, or prepping between looks. There is access to bathrooms, Bluetooth connection to the sound system, a TV for tethering (HDMI hookup), and access to lighting equipment (triggers can be provided for Sony, Canon, and Nikon). Access to the space will be provided by the owner/manager.

After each booking (Guest reset) -Remove all personal items and props. -Remediate any large messes, including spills, trash accumulation, or displaced materials. -Return furniture and equipment to its original placement. -Do a final walkthrough to confirm the space is left as found. Before each booking (Owner Prep) -Quick walkthrough; remove clutter and reset the space. -Sweep/vacuum and spot-mop as needed. -Wipe down common surfaces and high-touch areas. -Check restroom access, empty trash, and restock basics. -Test AC, lights, Bluetooth/sound system. After each booking (Owner Reset) -Collect and remove any left-behind items; empty trash. -Wipe down surfaces and disinfect high-touch points. -Sweep/vacuum and spot-clean floors. -Reset furniture, props, and equipment to standard layout. -Final walkthrough and lock up.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
