Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after every booking to ensure a fresh, professional environment for each production. All high-touch surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are cleaned and sanitized, and floors are swept and mopped between bookings. Furniture, décor, and styling elements are reset to their original placement prior to each booking to maintain consistency and ease of use for incoming crews. Fresh linens and towels are provided as needed. We ask that guests remove all trash and return the space to its original condition at the end of the booking. Additional cleaning services can be arranged in advance if required for larger productions. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and production-ready space so your team can focus on creating.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
