The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before each booking. High-touch surfaces—including tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, and presentation equipment—are disinfected between uses. Floors are regularly cleaned, and trash is removed after each session. Shared areas such as restrooms and common spaces are cleaned and restocked daily. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available on-site for guest use during meetings. Guests are asked to leave the space in the condition it was found by disposing of trash and returning furniture to its original setup.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
