Venue for private parties & events! Add on such as DJ service, bar and chef on site is through vendors of your choosing or our referral. Venue is approximately 10 min walk to San Jose Convention Center in the heart of downtown. Venue is equipped with smart stage, booth for DJ or Live Karaoke. All TVs are smart, this location has setup for open Mic Karaoke however can also be use for birthday parties, weddings, filming, photo shoots, conference meetings and much more! Majority of events held here is baby showers and toddlers birthday due to the convenience of having an outdoor courtyard for taquerias or jump house set ups. Venue inside is 2000 sq ft and outside is another 2000 sq ft for total of 4000 sq ft. Courtyard does have its own separate address that can be use part of your event or just parking for 9 cars. Plenty of free street parking, NO meters or restrictions.

Venue is thoroughly clean before each event. We provide toiletries to the two bathrooms, his and hers onsite. There is a large commercial size dumpster outside to throw out access trash.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
