Located near the Atlanta BeltLine, Grant Park, and East Atlanta Village, the space combines a quiet residential feel with easy access to some of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods. The main level features an open kitchen, dining, and living area with clean lines and neutral tones, making it easy to stage for lifestyle shoots, interviews, or collaborative meetings. Large windows provide great natural light throughout the day. A dedicated office/flex room on the main level works well for focused work, production prep, or breakout space. Upstairs, the home includes three private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. These rooms can be used for wardrobe changes, talent holding, hair and makeup, or additional filming areas. A private patio adds another usable zone for breaks, casual meetings, or outdoor shots. Additional features include fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, ample parking, and a clean, contemporary aesthetic that works well across many use cases. The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, bathrooms, and shared areas are thoroughly cleaned between uses to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for space and ask that guests treat the home with the same respect. Basic cleaning between bookings is handled by the host, and the space is reset to its standard layout prior to each reservation. If a booking involves activities that generate excessive mess or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use, additional cleaning may be requested through Peerspace in accordance with their policies.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
