This rental also comes fully equipped with photography equipment i.e. lights, stands, tripods, vflats. (ask me for more details and a full gear list if interested).There is a spacious marble bathroom, stocked with Frette and Muji linens, and waterworks fixtures. The living space boasts 12.5' ceilings and is elegantly quiet day and night. This space can be used for photoshoots, tv/commercial/movie productions, and as an event space. It is highly customizable for whatever your needs may be. Truly an oasis in the heart of everything.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
