About Ki Club - Lounge & Nightclub

Ki Club is a modern Japanese fusion event lounge and nightclub in Honolulu, born from a love of dining and nightlife — and the desire to bring both worlds together under one roof. Our owner has traveled the globe, drawing inspiration from standout venues across cities and countries, and built Ki Club to bring that same level of service, atmosphere, and energy to Hawaii. The result is a versatile, design-forward space that moves seamlessly from intimate dinner to full-scale celebration. The Space (~3,000 sq ft | Up to 150+ Guests) Ki Club features three distinct zones that can be configured together or independently depending on your event: Main Dining Room & Bar — The heart of the venue. This open-concept space includes our full bar, a chef's counter, a dance floor, and a large LED video wall. Seating for 40–50 guests across 7 tables and 2 high tops (convertible), plus 6 bar seats and 4 chef's counter seats. Standing capacity exceeds 150. Under Mezzanine — A grounded, semi-enclosed area with 4 booths and room for 4–5 additional tables. Seats 30–40 guests comfortably or holds 40–60 standing. Great for breakout areas, cocktail hours, or more casual mingling. Mezzanine (Second Level) — An elevated, more private space overlooking the main dining room with sectional seating, a private bar, and an eye-level view of our large LED video wall. Seats 20–25 or holds 40–50 standing. Ideal for VIP areas, corporate meetings, or intimate gatherings. Full venue buyouts are available. What's Included Every booking comes with flexible table, chair, and dance floor setup tailored to your event, plus our in-house AV system, sound system, lighting, and dedicated staffing. We also offer add-on services including DJ, photographer/videographer, photo booth, aerial performer, casino game rentals, and coordination with external vendors — available at additional rates. Security and valet can be arranged if needed. Parking & Getting Here Ki Club has a dedicated front lot with additional overflow parking available. Valet service can be arranged to maximize lot capacity. We also have a paid rear lot where parking fees can be waived for a limited number of guest vehicles. Food & Beverage While Ki Club is first and foremost a dynamic event space, we also house a full culinary and cocktail program featuring Japanese-Peruvian (Nikkei) cuisine — a unique offering for guests looking to elevate their event with an exceptional dining experience. Past Events Ki Club has hosted a wide range of private events including the UH Mānoa Exhibition Fashion Show, corporate events, company holiday parties, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, baby showers, graduations, charity galas, and business meetings. Health and Safety Measures

Our space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, bar areas, and common spaces are disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning products. Hand sanitizer is available on-site, and outdoor airflow access is provided to support guest comfort and safety.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
