About Our House Culture Center

OH2 is a light-filled, 500 sq ft space designed for intimate gatherings and creative use. With 18-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the room feels open, elevated, and full of natural light throughout the day. The layout is flexible and intentional, making it a great fit for private dinners, photoshoots, small group meetings, and pop-up or storefront concepts. The space comfortably holds up to 20 guests and includes a dedicated stage area that works well for speakers, presentations, performances, or visual moments. A smart TV is available for presentations or display, along with a kitchenette to support food, beverage, and setup needs. OH2 also includes a private restroom for guest convenience. OH2 is ideal for those looking for a space that feels clean, modern, and adaptable, with strong visual impact and an easy flow for hosting, gathering, or showcasing work. It’s simple, versatile, and designed to let your idea take center stage.

Health and Safety Measures

Our House is professionally cleaned before every booking and regularly maintained between uses. All high-touch surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and sanitized, including tables, countertops, door handles, switches, and restroom fixtures. Floors are swept and mopped, trash and recycling are removed, and restrooms are restocked and cleaned prior to your arrival. Kitchen and prep areas are cleaned and reset to ensure a fresh, ready-to-use space. After each booking, the space is inspected to ensure it meets our cleanliness standards for the next guest. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ask that guests leave the space in reasonable condition at the end of their reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
