Professional Cleaning Team: Each turnover is handled by trained cleaners who specialize in short-term rentals and event spaces. High-Touch Disinfection: Frequently used surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and remote controls are carefully disinfected after each guest. Laundered Linens & Towels: All bedding, towels, and linens are professionally laundered using hypoallergenic detergents. Organized & Reset: The space is restaged before every booking — furniture, games, and amenities are checked and arranged for your convenience. Supplies Restocked: Essentials like paper products, hand soap, and cleaning supplies are replenished after every stay. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, so you can focus on enjoying your Miami experience with peace of mind.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
