The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every booking to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests. Our cleaning team follows a detailed turnover process, which includes: Sanitizing high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes, counters) Freshly laundered linens and towels Thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas Outdoor areas and pool surroundings reset and inspected A cleaning fee is applied to support this professional service. If the space is left in reasonable order, the cleaning fee may be refunded, as determined by our maintenance team after checkout. We ask guests to treat the space with care so it can remain a peaceful and well-maintained retreat for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
