    About the Space

This beautifully designed ADU by Bunch Design is nestled in the tranquil and vibrant neighborhood of Eagle Rock. The space offers an airy and open feel, set on a quiet street surrounded by mature oak trees. It has its own separate gated entrance located behind the property. The high-pitched ceiling makes the space feel expansive while the clerestory windows stretch along the upper walls, lending to a bright and warm atmosphere. Outside of ADU presents a sun-drenched, design-forward outdoor setting ideal for lifestyle, wellness, home, and sustainably-focused commercials and advertising campaigns. The environment features a lush, curated garden with sculptural vertical flowering plants, drought-tolerant landscaping, and natural textures that evoke modern Mediterranean/California aesthetic.
