I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Health and Safety Measures

Standard cleaning restores the home to the condition it was in before use and covers normal wear from light activity. It includes a walkthrough to remove trash, return furniture to its original placement, and note any issues. All rooms are dusted top-down, including surfaces, shelves, light switches, and baseboards. Mirrors and glass are cleaned, carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and hard floors are swept and mopped. Living areas are straightened, surfaces wiped, and décor returned to its original position. In the kitchen, countertops, sink, and faucet are cleaned and disinfected, appliance exteriors are wiped, cabinet fronts and handles are cleaned, trash is removed, and floors are swept and mopped. Bathrooms are fully disinfected, including toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors, and floors. Bedrooms are dusted, floors cleaned, and beds made if applicable. Standard cleaning does not include deep cleaning services such as interior appliance cleaning, heavy stain removal, carpet shampooing, wall washing, or construction-level debris. Excessive mess, spills, stains, tape residue, glitter, makeup, or furniture rearrangement beyond light use may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
