Welcome to our 800 sq. ft. Wellness Studio designed to inspire stillness and community. Located in the heart of the city, this open-concept haven is bathed in natural light, offering a neutral and airy canvas for your next workshop, movement class, or intimate gathering. The Layout: 800 sq. ft. of unobstructed open space. This versatile area comfortably accommodates up to 10 yoga mats or 15 guests for seated circles and workshops. Large windows provide consistent, soft natural light, making the studio a favorite for wellness content creators and photographers. The Detox Nook: Home to our premium Infrared Sauna, this area adds a layer of luxury for hosts looking to offer holistic recovery sessions or "glow-up" retreats. Activities that Shine Here: Mindful Movement: Yoga, Pilates, etc... Healing Arts: Meditation circles, sound baths, and breathwork. Intimate Events: Women’s circles, boutique pop-ups, and book launches. Content Creation: Branding shoots and wellness tutorials. Amenities Included: Infrared Sauna (Available for add-on or specific booking types) High-Speed Wi-Fi for live-streaming sessions. Tea Station area for guest refreshments. Private Bathroom

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
