A versatile, creative, youthful space with a contemporary aesthetic which can be flexed to suit any need. Moot is a deliberately designed social space, built to bring people together. It has a fabulous (soft drinks) bar (BYOB welcome!) and a range of competitive socialising games on site, from ping pong and table football to basketball and retro arcades. The main room features a stage, big screen, decent sound system and lots of flexible space. We've hosted everything here from 40th birthdays to photoshoots, book launches to board meetings, team awaydays, creative workshops and company parties. The space can be broken into three rooms for break-out groups and working sessions, and the main room can be reshaped in all sorts of ways, from classes and working groups to large scale launch presentations, meetings and creative sessions. It's an unusual space. A space like no-other. And three days a week we give this space over to events for local teenagers, becoming 'Moot Youth' and giving them somewhere safe and inspiring to connect, IRL. So most importantly the hire of this space supports the continuing access to a safe space to come together and socialise IRL and away from screens for this generation of young people. It's all Moot!
