Tucked into the Pepperell Place mill building just off Mill Street, the studio is a hidden gem—private and quiet, yet right in the heart of downtown Pepperell with local shops nearby and only minutes from the New Hampshire line. Inside, you’ll find one open 20' x 24' room designed to flex with your vision—perfect for photo shoots, branding sessions, and content creation. An adjacent 16' x 16' room can also be booked for extra flexibility, giving you the perfect space for staging, storage, wardrobe changes, or keeping your crew on deck without crowding the main studio. Temporary loading and unloading is available right outside the door, with convenient parking in front of the building. Longer bookings, up to 8 hours, unlock additional savings—giving you the time and space to build, shoot, reset, and create without feeling rushed.
