This is a simple, affordable photography studio ideal for photographers and content creators who want full control over lighting. The studio does not have natural light, making it well-suited for flash photography, continuous lighting setups, boudoir sessions, product photography, branding portraits, headshots, and content creation where consistency and privacy are important. The building does have a shared bathroom located a few feet from the studio. The space is approximately 210 sq ft and functions as a clean, neutral canvas that can be styled in multiple ways depending on your shoot and is suitable for 1-6 people. Rental includes: • Interchangeable photography backdrops • Couch that can be styled as a bed (great for boudoir or lifestyle sessions) • Private, quiet room with bathroom close by • Easy load-in and setup Optional Add-On: Studio lighting available to rent for $15/hour If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, private studio where you can focus on creating without luxury pricing or distractions, then this space is a great fit.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
There is a maximum of 2 rentals per day to allow for detailed cleaning between sessions. After each session, the space is sprayed with Lysol, all surfaces, furniture, and props are wiped down, floors are vacuumed and sprayed with disinfectant, bathroom is cleaned and disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
