Welcome to our beautiful photography studio, located inside a charming historic mill in Concord, North Carolina. The studio features three oversized windows that flood the space with stunning natural light throughout the day, highlighting the mill’s original character paired with a clean, modern aesthetic. The open layout makes it easy to adapt the space for photoshoots, content creation, workshops, and small gatherings, offering flexibility while maintaining a bright, elevated feel. The studio is professionally cleaned and maintained. There is no additional cleaning fee. Guests are expected to pick up after themselves and leave the space in the same condition it was found.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
