Professional Sanitization: The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every booking. We focus on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and restroom fixtures using gallery-safe, non-abrasive disinfectants. Art-Safe Environment: We use specialized cleaning products that ensure the air quality and surfaces remain safe for our delicate African and African American art pieces. Floors & Common Areas: Our hardwood floors and common areas are swept, mopped, and vacuumed before your arrival to ensure a pristine "speakeasy" atmosphere. Restrooms: Restrooms are deep-cleaned and fully stocked with essentials (hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper) prior to the start of every event. Trash Removal: All waste from previous bookings is removed from the premises to ensure a fresh, neutral scent upon entry.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
