About the Space
This roomy studio is a two story, second floor loft located in the heart of Claremont. Currently we are opening the first floor to the public which is about 900 sqft. As you walk in you are greeted by 25 ft vaulted ceilings and an immense amount of natural lighting coming from our skylight windows that span across the entire loft and also 6 large french casement windows on the bottom floor. These can be propped open for a different look. Indulge in a rich historic experience while capturing beautiful content and photography in with the historic iron beams and the perfect blend of modern neutral colors. This lofts main art piece is a beautiful ivory baby grand piano that has been enjoyed by many generations of artists. This art piece is complimented by a beautiful post modern light fixture. The space also includes light kitchen & bathroom access within the loft.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
