Many activities work well at this site. This is a gym that is 5700 square feet of open space. We have 2 bathrooms and the women's restroom has 3 stalls in it. We have a water drinking fountain also for your hydrating needs. Lots of open space. This is a gym but can be used for office meetings or whatever your needs may be. Also have 100 chairs if needed.

If we find the place was left dirty or a mess, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your final bill. If there are any damages to the property, it will be addressed depending on what exactly was damaged. We don't like to add additional fees, which is why we ask that you deliver the location back to us in the same condition that you found the place in.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
