This beautiful open space has high ceilings and original brickwork. This space is perfect for a gallery or small gathering. With the open layout and natural light the space could be used for a yoga class or photo shoot. There is access to a fridge and sink with seating in the kitchen area. Guests have access to bathrooms and water fountains. The space has first floor street access and 2 designated parking spots in the back of the building. The space is close by to Kansas City landmarks such as the Kauffman Center and Union Station.

All surfaces are wiped down and disinfected between guests. Floors are regularly vacuumed and mopped between guests. We take great care in providing a clean space for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
