Most suite spaces include an attached huddle room, providing a convenient breakout area for smaller group discussions or private meetings. A projector screen can be placed directly within the suite to support presentations and facilitated sessions. Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site coffee, and private phone booths, ensuring productivity throughout the day. Outside food and beverage are welcome, whether brought in or delivered, allowing teams full flexibility to customize their experience. Our Suite Spaces are cleaned before and after each booking, with high-touch surfaces, tables, seating, and shared amenities thoroughly sanitized. Our team ensures the space is reset to a polished, move-in-ready condition, so guests arrive to a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment every time.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
