Cleanliness Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition. If excessive mess is left behind, a deep cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply. This helps us prepare the space properly for the next guest. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
