About Momentum Studios Orlando
Momentum Studio Orlando is a spacious industrial warehouse-style creative studio located off East Colonia Drive. The space features raw concrete floors and walls, an open floor plan, and a clean, modern aesthetic designed to adapt to a wide range of creative uses. High ceilings and open sightlines make the studio feel expansive and flexible for both production and events. A key feature of the space is the moveable white cyc wall, allowing creators to reconfigure the studio based on their project needs. The open layout makes it easy to bring in lighting, build sets, host pop-ups, or create custom environments without feeling restricted. The studio is well suited for photo and video shoots, workshops, content creation, rehearsals, mini sessions, brand activations, and full buyouts. Momentum Studio Orlando is available for hourly rentals and monthly memberships and can host up to 120 guests, depending on the setup.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Guests are responsible for basic cleanup after their session. Please remove all personal items, dispose of trash properly, and return any furniture, props, or equipment to their original placement. The space should be left in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
