The space, building, and neighborhood are the epitome of the SOuth of DOwntown vibe of SODO Seattle. Space is rectangular and approximately 20' X 60' with 15' high clearance to ceiling fixtures. Space can come completely empty or with some of the existing furniture remaining depending on the need and usage. There are two ADA accessible bathrooms in the space, and a small wet bar area. Primary access is through the storefront glass door, however there is a loading dock and 12' tall, 10' wide receiving door for equipment. Additional equipment and services available on request with notice. Additional spaces may be available depending on our business needs. A great space for a pop up event, a social gathering, a photo shoot, or a work event needing open space. Reminder: Your rental period must include any time you need to set up for your event (first time space is unlocked for access) and any time you need to clean up and remove your items after your event (last time the space will be relocked.) Booking Type: Your booking category must reflect the actual use of the space. Production bookings are for photography, film/video, interviews, content creation, and similar production activities. Parties, celebrations, receptions, dinners, social gatherings, and other attendee-focused gatherings must be booked under our Event listing and are subject to the applicable Event rate and cleaning fee. If a Production booking is submitted for an activity that constitutes an Event, we may require the booking to be updated to the applicable Event pricing before the reservation.
