Equipment: Rep PR-5000 rack with Ares 2.0 functional trainer (dual 310 lb stacks, dual pulleys, lat pulldown, seated row), Olympic barbells (45 and 35 lb), adjustable dumbbells 5–80 lb, dumbbell pairs 1–10 lb, Rep incline/flat bench, landmine, TRX, Bosu, treadmill, elliptical, and a 100 lb heavy bag (punching only, no kicking). Also in the room: couch seating and an L-shaped electric desk with a 34-inch ultrawide monitor, useful for talking-head and interview setups.
