Located within a urban barbershop setting, the space transforms easily from day to night and is available for after-hours use. The open floor plan allows for easy decorating and flexible layouts, whether you’re hosting seated gatherings, standing socials, or creative setups. The space works especially well for birthday parties, social meet-ups, book clubs, podcasts, adult celebrations, book signings, product launches, and small community events. Amenities include a dry bar for serving, two full bathrooms (his and hers), and convenient ground-level access. Guests and approved vendors will appreciate the easy access from Highway 288, making arrival and setup simple. For added convenience, in-house event consultation services are available, along with optional décor packages, tables, and chairs, allowing guests to customize their event with minimal planning stress. This adaptable space is ideal for those seeking a clean, flexible venue with support options to bring their events to life.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and inspected before and after each event to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are thoroughly sanitized between bookings. Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition; additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
