We have a boxing area, strength training area, and cardio room (complete with turf and sled). Decorated with accolades, such as: authentic boxing belts, trophies, and posters signed by some of the greatest boxing and MMA fighters in history. Located in the heart of Norwood, near Factory 52 and Rookwood.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All high-touch surfaces (benches, barbells, doorknobs, touch screens, etc.) are disinfected everyday. A deep clean is performed once/week and after every event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
