We take pride in keeping our backyard event space clean, fresh, and guest-ready. Before every booking, the entire space is thoroughly prepared, including lawn care, surface cleaning, and trash removal. High-touch areas and commonly used surfaces are cleaned to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment. After each event, the space is reset and cleaned so it’s ready for the next guest. While light post-event cleaning is included, we ask guests to handle basic tidying during their rental time to help maintain the space. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable outdoor setting so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
