This open-concept kitchen and living room is ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, lifestyle content, brand campaigns, and small creative productions. The space features a contemporary white kitchen with stone countertops and a large island, light wood flooring, neutral walls, and expansive windows with urban views that provide beautiful daytime light. The living room offers a flexible layout with open floor space, simple furnishings, and a calm, uncluttered look that works well for a variety of creative setups. Guests have access to the kitchen and living room area, front entryway, and a guest bathroom. Wi-Fi and sink access are included. Kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave) are not available for use. This space is best suited for productions seeking a modern residential feel with strong natural light in a quiet, well-maintained building. Please note: two resident cats will be secured in a closed bedroom during bookings and will not access the booked areas.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between bookings. All high-touch surfaces are wiped down using disinfectant or bleach wipes, including countertops, tables, door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures. Floors are vacuumed and mopped regularly, and the space is kept uncluttered and well maintained. The guest bathroom is cleaned and restocked as needed between bookings. Cleaning products are used according to manufacturer instructions to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
