The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each booking to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces, common areas, restrooms, and event-use furnishings are routinely cleaned prior to guest arrival. Hosts are expected to leave the space in generally good condition at the end of their booking, including removing personal items and disposing of trash in designated areas. Any excessive mess or damage beyond normal use must be reported. Our goal is to maintain a clean, well-kept space that supports a positive experience for all guests while allowing hosts flexibility during their events.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
