A truly unique setting for hosting team meetings, off-site presentations, small conferences, dinners, or cocktail receptions. Our space is located in the heart of the Harpers Ferry Upper Town historic district and includes an open-concept gathering area plus a free private parking lot for up to 6 cars (additional paid and free parking available nearby). Features: • Solid wood table that comfortably seats up to 10 (additional tables/chairs available) • 75-inch large screen TV • Two bathrooms • An elevated full kitchen. • Dimmable lighting • Two breakout rooms for 4-6 people each (each with an additional bathroom) • Free wifi • Self-service black inkjet printer available for printing a maximum of 10 single-sided pages • Coffee service included • A changing area with a full-length mirror Outside catering is allowed. Outside: • Covered deck • Fire pit • Level 2 EV charger This luxurious retreat space was formerly an Episcopal church, built in 1895. It was converted into a modern home and event space in 2025. The inspired decor draws on historic church features, including original windows, wood floors, and paneling. Add-Ons: For an additional fee, we have optional features available. Requests for these items must be made in writing a minimum of 5 days prior to the event: • Flatware, plates, cups for 25 guests: $35 • Mix of sodas and water bottles for 25 guests: $50 • Chips/cookies/snacks for 25 guests: $50 • Flower arrangements for tables: $100 • Additional printing service from site manager available for a fee The site manager is one block away if you need any assistance during your booking. From our location one block away, we operate a bed and breakfast. Please inquire about lodging availability for those needing overnight stays. The owner is a local historian and author; inquire if you are interested in adding a walking tour or inspirational presentation on Harpers Ferry Black Heritage or the History of the Hill Top House Hotel. Nearby, within walking distance, are the former Storer College, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, and the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Overtime Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Cleaning / damages Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No tape, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any gummed backing materials must be fully removed without leaving residue. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Furniture Please notify us at least five days in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Miscellaneous A separate Meeting Space Rental Agreement must be signed by Renter. Renter must provide proof of Event Insurance covering the period agreed to in this contract in the form of a certificate of insurance showing Rockhaven Properties LLC/DBA St. John’s as “additional insured.” No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building or on the porches. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame (battery-powered candles only). Not frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a significant amount of smoke, grease spatters, or strong odor.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
