The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking to ensure a comfortable and professional experience for each guest. High-touch surfaces, including door handles, work surfaces, seating, and bathroom fixtures, are cleaned and sanitized before every booking. Floors are swept and spot-cleaned, and all furniture and props are returned to their original positions. Fresh towels, hand soap, and paper supplies are provided in the bathroom for each booking. Guests are asked to leave the space in reasonable condition at the end of their booking, including removing trash, returning moved items to their original locations, and wiping up any spills. This helps us maintain a clean, ready-to-use studio for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
