Located in Midtown Sacramento, the space comfortably supports two- to four-camera setups, making it ideal for podcasts, interviews, panel discussions, and live productions that require multiple angles. Layout & How the Space Can Be Used The studio is divided into flexible zones that can be used independently or together: • Podcast & Video Production Zone Designed to support multi-camera angles including wide, medium, and close-ups. Space allows for lighting stands, boom arms, and monitors without clutter. • Open Production Area Can be configured for secondary camera positions, behind-the-scenes coverage, or alternate sets. • Creative Work / Collaboration Area Useful for producer monitoring, switching, note-taking, or pre-production meetings. This layout makes it easy to capture multiple perspectives while keeping the set visually clean and organized. Cleaning Directions A cleaning fee is included with all bookings and covers standard turnover cleaning. Guests are responsible for completing the following basic reset steps before checkout. Before You Leave Please allow 10–15 minutes at the end of your booking to complete these steps: 1. Trash • Bag all trash and place it in the designated bins • Remove food containers, cups, bottles, and packaging • Do not leave trash loose or overflowing 2. Furniture & Setup • Return all furniture, chairs, stools, and tables to their original positions • Break down personal sets, props, and décor • Coil and remove personal cables, gear, and accessories 3. Surfaces • Wipe down tables, countertops, and any surfaces used • Clean up spills immediately • Do not leave food residue, grease, or liquids behind 4. Equipment • Power down all equipment used • Return any studio equipment to its original location • Report any issues or damage before leaving 5. Floors • Pick up visible debris, paper, or packaging • No need to sweep or mop unless a spill occurs 6. Kitchen / Food Areas (if used) • Dispose of leftover food • Wipe counters and tables • Do not leave dishes, cups, or utensils in sinks 7. Final Walk-Through • Check all rooms and restrooms for personal items • Turn off lights and climate controls • Secure doors and lock up as instructed ⸻ Cleaning Fee Coverage The cleaning fee covers: • Standard cleaning and sanitizing • Bathroom cleaning • Trash removal (standard use) • Floor cleaning and surface sanitization ⸻ Additional Cleaning Fees May Apply If: • Trash is not bagged or excessive • Furniture is not returned to original layout • Food, liquids, or grease are left behind • Glitter, confetti, paint, or prohibited materials are used • Equipment is left dirty, damaged, or improperly stored Any excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges through Peerspace.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
