About the Space

A convincing, fully-dressed hospital room set for film productions and photo shoots. As an indie filmmaker, I was disappointed with the lack of affordable and convincing hospital room sets available in the Chicagoland area as well as Milwaukee. Cities like LA and New York have tons of options, but not so with the midwest. It's slim pickings on Giggster and Peerspace, so unless you've got major money and resources to rent out Cinespace Studios or can juggle the insurance and logistics of finding a real hospital facility willing to allow production, the options aren't great. It's for this reason I built my own hospital room set at my Dad's house in Zion Illinois where we shot my latest film. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
