Event hosts will have access to a fully equipped kitchen that caters to both chefs and cooking enthusiasts. The space features a range of integrated A/V technology, including a bird's-eye camera over the island, perfect for enhancing cooking demonstrations and meetings. The tables in the space can be set to either table-height for dining/meeting/desk use or set to counter-height. The provided tables are on casters for easy reconfiguring. Inquire with us about the many talented on-site caterers and chefs operating within the facility to help elevate your event. Ability to host indoor/outdoor events utilizing an adjacent covered patio. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning / damages Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Furniture Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
