venue rental is available for your event. Venue comes with tables, chairs, and security guards. We offer decor packages, sound, lighting packages as a separate price. Capacity seated with tables and chairs is 350 guests. Unlike many other venues, outside food and catering is allowed. Your event can be held until 1:30am-2am.

A separate cleaning charge of $150 will be added outside of the rental price. Renters pickup all items and belongings and we do the cleaning of the floors, entire venue, as well as bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
