We maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure every guest experiences a pristine and welcoming space. Between Every Booking We: • Sweep and sanitize all greenhouse flooring and entry pathways • Disinfect all high-touch surfaces including door handles, frames, and switches • Clean glass panels inside and out for clear photography views • Remove any debris from surrounding lawn and hardscape • Inspect the space for safety and presentation quality • Reset the space to its original condition Guest Requirements • Guests must leave the space in the same condition it was received • All personal items, décor, and equipment must be removed within booking time • Trash must be bagged and taken off-site unless prior arrangements are made • No confetti, glitter, smoke residue, or staining materials allowed • Food or beverages must be fully cleaned and removed after use
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
