This charming 1920s brick Cape Cod is tucked into a quiet neighborhood and thoughtfully set up for guests who need a peaceful, reliable space to work from home without giving up comfort or character. The home offers a serene environment ideal for video calls, deep focus, and productive days, with cozy furnishings and practical amenities that make longer stays easy. When the workday wraps up, unwind in a comfortable living room, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, or step outside into the private, fenced yard for fresh air and screen-free breaks. You’ll enjoy a spacious living area with plenty of room to set up dedicated workspaces, spread out, and stay comfortable throughout the day. High-speed wifi, a stocked kitchen and bathroom, and multiple flexible work areas to suit solo professionals, couples, or small teams in search of a day-to-day remote workspace. Guests have access to the entire home and yard (fenced and non-fenced areas), providing plenty of space to work, relax, and reset. Bringing a pet with you? They'll love the large, fenced-in yard! This is an older home with low ceilings and very steep stairs leading upstairs. While we’ve done our best to make the home as comfortable and functional for remote work as possible, guests with mobility or accessibility concerns should reach out before booking. Vacuum & mop, wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant, thoroughly clean bathroom & any dishes used, and ensure coffee maker is clean and ready for next use. Re-stock paper products, cleaning supplies, and kitchen/bathroom amenities as needed. Supply 2 hand washing stations with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
