This approximately 11,000 sq. ft. facility is ideal for large-scale set builds, photo and video shoots, and a wide range of creative productions. The space includes dedicated office areas, a hair and makeup room, and a catering area, with free parking available in the front lot. The upper level features a kitchenette, additional office space, and flexible areas perfect for video village or client holding. Designed to adapt to your workflow, this space supports productions of all sizes, from concept to capture and everything in between.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
