This Miami based creative technology studio is equipped for game development, virtual production, sound design, art studio and digital content creation. The 1100 sq ft industrial space features three distinct areas: a main production room with 5 high-performance RTX workstations, professional 3D printer, and photo studio setup; a comfortable lounge with kitchenette (fridge/microwave) and dedicated sound design/production office; and a second-floor art studio and fabrication space ideal for concept development and hands-on creative work or workshops. Perfect for game development teams, content creators, educational workshops, virtual production sessions, fashion projects, architectural visualization, or tech training. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is thoroughly cleaned before each booking. All workstations, desks, and surfaces are wiped down and sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed. The lounge area kitchen surfaces, fridge handle, and microwave are cleaned and sanitized. Bathrooms are cleaned and restocked. Computer keyboards, mice, and VR equipment are sanitized between uses. We maintain a clean, professional environment and ask that guests help us keep it that way by cleaning up after themselves and reporting any spills or issues immediately. Basic cleaning during your booking is your responsibility - we provide cleaning supplies in the lounge area. Any excessive mess or damage requiring additional cleaning beyond normal use will incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
