The space is professionally cleaned before each booking to ensure it is ready for your event. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup at the end of their reservation. This includes: Removing all personal items, decorations, and event materials Placing all trash in the designated trash bags and bins Disposing of all food and beverages (no food may be left behind) Returning furniture to its original placement Please leave the space in broom-swept condition. If excessive cleaning is required due to spills, food waste, or improper trash disposal, an additional cleaning fee may apply. All cleanup must be completed within your booked time. Extra time needed for cleaning beyond your reservation may result in additional charges.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
