We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a professional, comfortable experience. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before each booking, with high-touch surfaces including door handles, countertops, light switches, equipment, and restrooms sanitized using professional-grade cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, trash is removed, and all common areas are refreshed prior to arrival. Soft furnishings and frequently used production areas are inspected and cleaned regularly to maintain a polished, camera-ready environment. To help us preserve the space, we ask guests to return furniture and equipment to their original placement, properly dispose of trash, and report any spills immediately so they can be addressed. Our goal is simple: when you walk in, the space should feel clean, elevated, and ready for creativity.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
