Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously and prepare the space thoroughly before every booking. Before Your Booking • All floors are swept and mopped. • High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, tables, chairs, restroom fixtures) are disinfected. • Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized. • Trash is removed and liners replaced. • The space is inspected to ensure it is guest-ready. During Your Booking Guests are expected to: • Place all trash in provided bags. • Wipe up spills immediately. • Avoid staining materials on walls or flooring. • Leave the space in the same condition it was received. After Your Booking The space is inspected for: • Damage • Excessive mess • Stains or adhesive residue • Furniture displacement While standard cleaning is handled by the host, excessive mess, staining, glitter/confetti, smoke odor, or damage requiring deep cleaning will result in additional charges. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, neutral, and well-maintained environment for their event or production.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
