About Grace & Ruby's

Our bar is ideal for intimate gatherings, private parties, community events, and casual get-togethers. We’ve successfully hosted trivia nights, karaoke, DJ sets, comedy shows, watch parties, and cocktail-themed events. The setup is great for both seated and standing audiences, and the flexible vibe works for everything from laid-back happy hours to high-energy celebrations. The space comfortably seats up to 40 guests, with a mix of bar seating and tables, and holds up to 60 with standing room. The layout is open and adaptable. The removable stage and DJ booth area can be used for performances and panels. The bar is centrally located, making drinks easily accessible from all sides, and the seating can be rearranged to suit different event formats—whether you’re planning a sit-down gathering, mingling cocktail hour, or full-room party. We offer a full cocktail menu, rotating beer on tap, and complimentary house-made popcorn for all guests. The space is equipped with a projector, microphones, and a full PA system, perfect for presentations, live music, or movie nights. The audio system are plug-and-play ready, making it easy for performers or hosts to jump in. The cozy size keeps things personal, but the setup supports a wide range of creative and fun events.

Cleaning Protocol The space is professionally cleaned before and after every booking. • All tables, bar tops, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected • Restrooms are fully cleaned and restocked • Floors are swept and mopped • Trash and recycling are removed • Bar tools and glassware are sanitized • Furniture is reset to agreed layout A professional cleaning fee is included in your booking to ensure a seamless, ready-to-use experience.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
